Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please stay up to date with your tracking number and email us if package was not received. If order is lost, reach out to shipping service to get an update. We will open a lost claim as well. We will work our HARDEST to locata Findsimilarst package or get shipping service to reimburse you.
Again, full refunds do not come through us on lost packages. In most cases, if your item was lost in deliver we can ship out another item with no additional cost
